Overview

The Analytics Sr. Manager at Haus Labs by Lady Gaga will play a pivotal role in managing the data and analytics requests across the company. This position requires experience in past analytics roles, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. The ideal candidate should be passionate about data tools, driving insights from data and making it actionable. 


What You’ll Do

Strategy:

  • Support ideation of new features, product launches and business initiatives from beginning to end by evaluating potential impact, implementing new tracking, and performing postmortems.
  • Design, execute, measure, and analyze the impact of initiatives through sophisticated methodologies such as A/B tests, multivariate tests, and incrementality testing.
  • Partner with Growth team members to drive more efficient marketing spend, improve the customer experience, acquire valuable customers, and drive repeat purchase behavior.

Analysis:

  • Translate complex business problems into specific questions that can be answered through data-driven analysis.
  • Work closely with cross-functional team to understand learning agenda and communicate actionable findings across multiple business initiatives.
  • Lead exploratory analyses to uncover customer insights across marketing channels, product lines, and business units.

Reporting:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to create reporting and dashboard solutions for the organization.
  • Design and build solutions to empower stakeholders to self-serve analytical needs.
  • Become the subject matter expert for data, analytics, and testing to ensure accurate and proper interpretation of core business metrics and consumer behavior.
  • Validate data across analytics tools to ensure accuracy in measurement.


What We Are Looking For
 

  • 3-5 years of experience in an e-commerce / CPG role. The preferred candidate should have experience analyzing retail sales data to drive insights. 
  • Experience with visualization tools like Looker / Tableau. 
  • Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Experience with SQL/Python.
  • Experience managing data flows, reporting systems, and dashboards.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic environment, eager to continually learn and improve processes.
  • Experience in e-commerce in the health, beauty, or fashion industry in a role working with DTC & retail partners preferred.
