Overview

The VP, Growth at Haus Labs will lead the overall growth function, driving transformative strategies across paid media, CRM, analytics, and emerging opportunities to accelerate the direct-to-consumer business. This role requires a visionary leader with deep expertise scaling high-growth consumer brands, a data-driven and forward-looking approach to growth, and the ability to inspire teams in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has an innate intellectual curiosity and bias-to-action, blending analytical rigor with bold innovation to deliver meaningful revenue impact.


What You’ll Do

Growth Leadership & Vision

  • Oversee DTC growth across all key growth channels including paid media, email/SMS, affiliate, and partnerships to set and achieve aggressive revenue and profitability goals. 
  • Develop and scale paid acquisition strategies across platforms to improve CAC and drive LTV expansion.
  • Drive continuous channel optimization through advanced analytics, audience segmentation, and creative testing, fostering a test-and-learn culture.

Strategy & Execution

  • Build and own a comprehensive growth roadmap to propel customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value for hauslabs.com.
  • Allocate and optimize spend across channels and regions, testing aggressively and scaling what works to maximize efficiency.
  • Lead email, SMS, loyalty and customer strategies to maximize LTV and repeat purchase.
  • Oversee revenue forecasting, budgeting, attribution modeling, and ROI analysis to inform decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging channels, technologies, and strategic partnerships that amplify brand growth.
  • Establish KPIs and guide dashboard creation to track funnel performance, campaign effectiveness, and customer metrics to enable real-time, data-informed decision-making and agility.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Cultivate a test-and-learn culture, encouraging bold experimentation while upholding performance standards.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team, including recruiting top talent, setting development goals, and fostering leadership to drive collective success.
  • Onboard and manage relationships with key vendors, agencies, and tech partners to extend capabilities and accelerate scalable execution.
  • Collaborate with Brand & Marketing team to create cohesive, brand-aligned full funnel campaigns. 


What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership in growth marketing, digital performance, or eCommerce at high-velocity consumer brands.
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-channel budgets, with expertise in optimizing Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Search, Affiliate, CRM, and emerging platforms for explosive scale.
  • Proven track record scaling DTC revenue growth, improving CAC, LTV, AOV, retention, and full-funnel attribution.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to turn complex data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence. 
  • Advanced proficiency in leveraging AI and tech-enabled tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to attract, develop, inspire, and lead high-performing teams including managing external agencies/contractors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Engineering or related field.
