Overview 

Haus Labs by Lady Gaga is looking for an organized, dynamic, and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to join our growing team and lead our Project Management function. You will take ownership of managing end-to-end project timelines and ensuring the successful execution of cross-functional product launches within the brand. You will be responsible for driving alignment, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining clear communication across teams while leveraging project management tools like Asana to track progress and manage deliverables. As a key player in our operations, you will have a significant impact on the successful delivery of projects from concept to launch. 


What You’ll Do 

  • Project Management: Manage the end-to-end new product launch process, including building project timelines, facilitating stage-gates and approvals, and ensuring tasks are completed across multiple teams (e.g., marketing, creative, product development, operations). Implement workflows and automations to streamline processes where possible. Update timelines when changes are needed while still meeting launch goals. 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and manage dependencies. Facilitate communication between stakeholders and ensure the smooth flow of information and on-time delivery of deliverables.  

  • Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain accurate project plans that reflect the latest launch calendars. Regularly update teams on status, risks, and delays. 

  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify project risks and obstacles, and work with relevant teams to develop solutions to keep projects on track. 

  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate project management processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency, transparency, and collaboration. 


What We Are Looking For 

 

  • 5-10 years experience in project management role. Proven experience managing cross-functional projects with a strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g. Asana, Wrike, Microsoft Project, Slack). Experience in managing launch timelines, stage-gate milestones and approval processes is essential. 

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced work environment. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently with high attention to detail 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders to manage deliverables and troubleshoot delays 

  • Highly adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic environment, eager to continually learn and improve processes 

  • Experience working in the beauty or consumer goods industries is preferred. Familiarity with product launches, physical product manufacturing and creative timelines is a strong advantage. 

  • Experience as a people manager with a proven ability to develop team members is preferred. 

  • Nice to have: Project management certification (s) such as PMP
