Overview
We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our fast-paced, high-growth Finance team. This person will work closely with the VP of Finance to drive financial strategy, support business decisions, and deliver impactful insights that influence brand growth. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset, hands-on modeling experience, and a passion for the beauty industry.

What You’ll Do
  • Support monthly financial reporting, including analysis of actuals vs. budget
  • Support the development of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and financial models to evaluate business performance and scenario planning
  • Collaborate with Accounting during monthly-end close to validate actuals and ensure reporting accuracy
  • Partner with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Product Development—to collect inputs and track actuals vs budget performance
  • Assist in tracking and analyzing key financial metrics, including Cogs, margins, and operating expenses
  • Contribute to the development of financial dashboards and management reports
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to support business needs and inform decision-making
  • Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities and help build scalable reporting tools and templates

What We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in investment banking or financial services
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency in NetSuite, Looker, or other BI tools a plus
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to partner effectively across teams
  • Passionate about the beauty industry and aligned with Haus Labs’ mission and values
  • Strong project management skills and cross-functional communication to ensure projects meet timelines and budget
  • Must be organized, have impeccable attention to detail and a strong multitasker
  • Must be a strategic thinker, flexible, self-starter, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Team player, reliable partner, and collaborative thinker is a must
  • Ability to be in office 3 to 4 days per week
