Overview 

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts to attract, hire, and retain exceptional talent across the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand evolving workforce needs and design effective recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will elevate our talent acquisition function through strong sourcing practices, data-driven decision-making, and an outstanding candidate experience. 


What You’ll Do 

  • Own and execute end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles across departments 

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs 

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates 

  • Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and applicant tracking systems 

  • Oversee candidate screening, interviewing, and selection procedures 

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key roles and future hiring needs 

  • Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience 

  • Stay current on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best hiring practices 

  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations 

  • Analyze hiring metrics and provide regular reports to leadership 


What We Are Looking For 

  • 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, including experience hiring for a variety of roles and levels 

  • Proven ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and senior leaders 

  • Strong expertise in sourcing techniques, talent market research, and pipeline development 

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fast-growing environment with shifting priorities  

  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools  

  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices 

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills 

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously 

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize recruitment processes 

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment 

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
