Overview

We are looking for an experienced, data-driven Associate Director of eCommerce to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our global direct-to-consumer business. This role will own the end-to-end website journey, drive conversion rate optimization and deliver actionable insights through website analytics. Partnering closely with growth marketing, creative, and digital product team, this position will deliver a seamless, high-performing customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of creativity and performance analysis and is motivated by a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Spearhead global DTC strategy driving growth across categories, launches, and seasonal campaigns. Ensure alignment with brand and business priorities. Contribute to revenue forecasting, budgeting, and identifying risks and growth opportunities.

  • Oversee the full site experience on Shopify Plus, including merchandising, content, product catalog, promotions, and operations processes to create a best-in-class experience across all devices. Lead initiatives to optimize performance and scalability with support from eCommerce Coordinator.

  • Lead conversion rate optimization through the development of a robust A/B testing and UX experiment roadmap to continuously optimize conversion rates, average order value, and retention. You’ll be responsible for optimizing the full customer journey — from navigation and product discovery to PDPs, quizzes, cart, checkout, and post-purchase experience.

  • Own reporting, optimization, and analysis of all eCommerce KPIs — including conversion, revenue, traffic, AOV, and customer behavior using GA4, Shopify analytics and other tools to deliver insights and guide strategy.

  • Lead eCommerce execution for product launches, promotional events, and brand campaigns ensuring flawless execution and data-driven post-launch analysis.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align eCommerce strategy, content, and campaigns with broader business goals and brand storytelling.

  • Stay ahead of eCommerce trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies to innovate and enhance the DTC experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of DTC eCommerce experience, ideally within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle space and at a global scale.

  • Hands-on experience managing a Shopify/Shopify Plus site, including merchandising, catalog management, promotions, and third-party integrations.

  • Proven success in conversion rate optimization and A/B testing, with experience developing and managing testing roadmaps in a growth-oriented business.

  • Advanced working knowledge of web analytics platforms — especially GA4 and Shopify analytics — with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable strategies.

  • Comfortable speaking the language of eCommerce KPIs and performance benchmarks; highly fluent in interpreting data to drive decisions.

  • Data-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with excellent communication and project management skills. Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Wrike, etc.) a plus.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and resourceful in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Familiarity with AI and automation tools for eCommerce, with an interest in leveraging new technology to improve performance and efficiency.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
