Overview

The Director, Growth at Haus Labs by Lady Gaga will spearhead transformative paid media and growth strategies to fuel direct-to-consumer growth. This position requires experience leading and executing paid media strategies with a track record of scaling direct-to-consumer brands.The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, creative culture, brings meticulous attention to detail, and is energized by testing, learning, and leading impactful insight-driven campaigns.



What You’ll Do

Overall Channel Ownership & Growth

  • Oversee day-to-day performance for DTC across key growth channels including paid media channels. 
  • Own, manage, and actively execute paid acquisition campaigns across platforms with a focus on optimizing CAC, LTV, and payback periods. This is a hands-on role: you should be comfortable building, launching, testing, and scaling campaigns directly—while also knowing when to bring in outside support to accelerate growth.
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to drive coordinated execution across key growth levers including email/SMS marketing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Ensure channel alignment with broader brand goals, manage performance accountability, and continuously improve channel effectiveness through creative testing, segmentation, and audience insights.

Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and own a full-funnel growth plan that aligns with company goals and scales customer acquisition and retention for hauslabs.com
  • Lead revenue forecasting, budgeting, and attribution strategies.
  • Collaborate with the VP, Growth to identify, evaluate and prioritize new and emerging growth channels, partnerships, and technologies to accelerate brand momentum.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Lead with a test-and-learn mindset, fostering a culture of performance rigor and rapid experimentation.
  • Collaborate with creative, product, operations, and CX teams to ensure alignment on growth initiatives and launch plans.
  • Influence digital testing roadmap (creative, landing pages, offers) with constant A/B and incrementality testing.
  • Manage and/or recruit external partners and freelancers to support execution and scale.



What We’re Looking For 

  • 7–10+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance roles at consumer product brands (especially in earlier stage or high-growth environments).
  • Experience managing $1M+/month in paid budgets and optimizing across platforms.
  • Expertise in DTC eCommerce growth with proven track record of owning and scaling digital revenue and improving CAC, LTV, AOV, and retention.
  • Experience managing channels including Meta, TikTok, Youtube. 
  • Strong creative instincts and ability to collaborate with creative teams on high-performing assets.
  • Proficiency using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, ad creative optimizers) to improve speed, ideation, analysis, and experimentation.
